What Does It Mean To Be Morally Judged?

Can a man be judged from a moral standpoint for killing his own child if his own morals allow him to do it with no remorse? In one such case, the case of Zein Isa a moral judgement can be made even though it is not clear which cultural moral standard applies or if he knows about universal moral truth, because a universal moral truth that murder is wrong does exist. Zein Isa can be morally judged based on the existence of universal truth shows that even if someone is unaware of the existence of the universal truth it does exist and they can be morally judged accordingly, the difference between killing and murder in the moral truth, and can be proven to exist by what determines justification in taking a life.
The existence of some universal moral truths can be proven by the fact that people do not go around doing whatever they want with no remorse and shows that anyone can be morally judged based their actions no matter their cultural background, personal beliefs, or knowledge of moral truths. The
Murder in this sense is considered to be the taking of innocent life or the taking of life without justification. Killing is differentiated from murder in the idea that the taking of a life was justified and in some way morally alright. If someone takes the life of an innocent and feels that they are morally right is it killing because their morals allow them to justify the taking of innocent life or murder because innocent blood was spilled? The universal moral truth that murder is wrong and that murder is the taking of innocent life allows moral judgement to be made even though the killer believed that they were on the moral high ground. This shows that Zein Isa can be judged even though he thinks his killing was justified. This situation begs the question what does it take to justify the taking of a
