In December Chipotle was served with a subpoena. In 2011 the FDA was signed into a law. Ever since then they have been investigating on food safety. E. coli is Chipotle’s problem. Their sales went down 30% from A year earlier, according to the SEC filing.

In my opinion I think Chipotle WILL recover from this E. coli outbreak because, many people don't care they don't think they will get sick or they think nothing like that will ever happen to them. So they just keep going to the same restaurants because it tastes good. Eventually the problem will die down and go away and then there will be a new restaurant having bigger
