In this paper Team A will discuss the scores and results of “What My Preferred Conflict Handling Styles Assessment” are and how it affected each of us. This paper will explain how the score that we each received shows the way we each handle conflict style. The paper will touch upon how we each will use our primary conflict style and ensure that the productive conflict resolution and how we can manage it.

To make any group work together and not have conflict each team member of that group has to put on the line what their feeling are and how they deal with conflict outside of the group to ensure that no matter what the group can work together. Teamwork is one of the most important parts of any working culture this is according to Merriam-Webster (2013), Where "teamwork is work done by several associates with each doing a part but all subordinating personal prominence to the efficiency of the whole” (para. 1). An important thing about teamwork is that you are able to use several different people’s ideas when it comes to an idea which makes it easier than taking one person’s idea and going with it. With the results we were given it has come to our attention that the results show a great deal of similarities but also some differences in all the different type of styles. Based on the results we found it appears that two members of the Team A have a great deal of similarities between each other One of the styles that we have a similarity too is the style of compromising this style is the preferred conflict-handling style for two of the three team members, unfortunately we are not able to include the scores for the third team member Jeremy as we have not received any information from him or he has not responded to any of our communications. Compromising is where each of us is able to give something up. With being able to compromise this means that as an individual we are going to give something up without the fear of hurting ourselves. After going over the assessment it was found that the two team members were a lot alike in each of the styles with just a few of them that were different but this was concluded that we as a team did very well together because of the styles we had being closely matched with each other and able to understand the importance of this
