Unfortunately, I am not one to follow social norms all the time. Even Miller, admits “that people tend to think more highly of men than women in professional settings, praise men for the same things they criticize women for,” which means he agrees that women have it hard. He further states, “ women are much more likely to receive critical feedback than men.” Gender inequality is a big issue. America is still struggle with equality even if African American racism is over. The nation is still torn by gender inequality from way back when. Also, it doesn’t matter that women were made from the rib of Adam, signifying that women were made to stand equal to men. But, religion and laws aren’t holding this problem down; it’s the
