“Who Am I” In this essay, I’m going to share my experiences on what I have learned on myself. These experiences will reflect on what are my characteristics and trait for being who I am now. As my state of mind, I tend to feel happier and more receptive to information when the information talks about the subject are interested in. If i have personal problems like worries about my family it affects me. Different languages and cultures tend to affect how i communicate, use of difficult and inappropriate words affects how I communicate, presentation of information also affect how I communicate with people. I listen carefully and attentively to what people say to me this enables me to understand other better.
I have not self-disclosed myself much to my group member, they only know little about me. The reason why i have not disclosed myself much is because no one in the group has ever seemed interested in asking me any question. This is important in how i relate with them in that i would like them to predict who they think I am before i actually tell the who i am.
I perceive my group members critically and that makes me avoid early conclusions, and avoid mind reading. I Check my perceptions by describing what you see or hear and ask for confirmation from my group members. I have reduce uncertainty, For instance i collect information about the situation, interacting and observing the situation and being sensitive about each group member this has improved how i interact with them positively.
I am a passive listener in that i respond by using certain facial expression, maintaining eye contact with the speaker and nodding my head wherever anything interesting is said. I listen attentively and carefully to ensure i get every important point said. I am good at fighting distractions but it depends on the situation or surroundings, take notes and organize information, I don’t judge until comprehension is complete. These are some of my
