Who Is Donald Trump A Hero
Imagine a world, where there is no change for the better and it just gets worse and worse. Where you can’t stand as a proud American, and salute your flag with a sense of pride. To live in a world of anarchy and no longer feel safe in your own home. Living in a country that makes you lose hope, waiting for the calm after the storm, which never comes. To hope that one day, America will be great once again. All of that would occur, if it weren’t for the 48th president of the United StatesDonald Trump. He is a hero because he is a great leader, stands up for what he believes in, and has visionary ideas. Donald Trump proved himself a hero by being a great leader. His confidence ties into him being a leader, because, “He said …show more content…
One of his beliefs would be, to “deport any undocumented individuals with criminal records.” (www.PBS.com) It’s clear that he feels very strongly about his immigration beliefs, considering he wants to protect the public, it is one of the most important issues on his list and how he speaks about it. Budgeting is another issue that would help the government and “Congress must reduce spending further to address impending increases in the deficit.” (www.PBS.com) The United States is currently in major debt and it is best to get rid of the debt, rather than increase it. Limiting restrictions on guns, would protect the public, though he believes that “guns are necessary for self-defense and has written that he generally opposes gun control.” (www.PBS.com) When Donald stands up for what he believes in, he proves himself a …show more content…
In some people’s eyes, Trump is racist, one of the people claiming this is Jimmy Kimmel. Kimmel said, “Remember last year when it seemed like the Oscars were racist?" Kimmel said to laughs. "It's fine, thanks to him." (www.washingtonexaminer.com) In factuality, he is a successful businessman that deals with people of many colors and his daughter/son-in-law are Jewish. Trump has made sexist comments to certain people or about women in general. Although, he brings his daughter with him most of the time and he has a right-hand man that is female. Trump is homophobic/anti LGBT+, saying his standpoint on same-sex marriage. “I have been against it from the standpoint of the Bible, from the standpoint of my teachings as growing up and going to Sunday school and going to church, and I’ve been opposed to it, and we’ll just see how it all comes out.” (www. Lgbtqnation.com) Despite what people think, homosexuals actually supported Trump and as the first amendment states, you have the freedom of religion as well as speech. Although people don’t agree with me, Donald will still be a hero in my eyes. In conclusion, Donald Trump is a hero, despite what negative comments are mentioned. His ability to lead an entire country and business is an attribute to him being a hero. Being able to stand up for what you believe in, even when others criticize it, makes you even more of a hero. The entire Trump campaign was built on racism. Racist remarks, racist ideations and the most extreme, racist hate groups. His campaign set forth the notion in the United States that it is acceptable to be hateful towards people whose race is physically different to their own. As a result, white supremacy and hate groups, such as the KKK or the Neo-Nazi groups, have become more apparent in our modern society. It is to be noted that yes, the KKK and Neo-Nazis have existed throughout generations; however, since the beginning of Donald Trump’s presidential campaign the number of people participating in such groups has risen tremendously.…

For example, the Justice Department sued Trump’s real estate company twice for not allowing black people to rent his apartments. The company gave different rental terms and conditions to black people that were unfair. The company also lied to them, saying their were no rooms available. During the presidential debates, Donald was asked about those claims and responded saying how an abundance of other companies have done that as well, as if that makes it okay for a future president to do so. In addition, Donald also attacked Muslim gold star parents verbally. Their son had died serving in the Iraq War. After the father gave a speech at the Democratic National Convention Trump said, “ If you look at his wife, she was standing there. She had nothing to say. She probably, maybe she wasn’t allowed to have anything to say. You tell me.”(Marans, “Here Are 13 Examples Of Donald Trump Being Racist). This remark is racist without a doubt and the effect of these examples are scary. He also accused Hillary Clinton of writing a script for the father which is rude and disrespectful. Granted, Donald Trump can have a bigmouth, but nonetheless he still considered equality. For King Arthur, equality meant that no one was superior, especially at the round table. “Arthur wished for his chosen knights to sit round a round table, so that nobody would be superior.” (King Arthur Biography). Also, morality has changed greatly throughout the years and we are more accepting of LGBTs (lesbians, gays, bisexuals, and transgender), especially in marriage. Donald Trump believes that people shouldn’t be fired or not hired just because of who they are, but believes that marriage should be between a man and a woman. “Angelo said, ‘It’s a complicated relationship that Trump has with the LGBT community, but if ever there was a group that can be said to have had a warm relationship with Trump, it’s LGBT individuals.’…

Would you consider someone who took from the people, who are the backbone of his company, and gave what he took, away, a hero? Andrew Carnegie is a self made billionaire who led the industrial revolution. He made steel cheaper and more available. This is explained in “Donald Trump Biography”, in which Donald Trump states what he intends to do if he were to claim presidency, his objectives are to, “Build a wall along the US- Mexico border to stop undocumented immigration. Temporarily ban immigration from countries with a history of terrorism into the United States”. We have to understand that instead of ceasing the problem his solutions could cause it to mutate and develop into something worse. We as a society are already split by prejudice and racism weather we chose to believe it or not. By building a physical barrier to separate us from humanity, Donald Trump is visually showing a hatred and unwillingness towards a specific group of people and with it broadcasting all the prejudice and discrimination that's been buried away, bringing it to the surface of our society for the world to see our cruel, inhuman nature. The people being targeted will fight back and develop a mutual hate, causing more violent acts and possibly growing the terrorism problem that he was trying to stop. Donald Trump has shown a consistency of ignoring the reason behind these problems and with his solutions instead of solving the problem he’s blocking them out with laws and walls instead of acknowledging the cause or…

Trump bases his new national security policies. The reason why I do not agree with Mr. Trump is that his claim that people from Middle East may cause a considerable damage to the citizens of America rests upon false assumption about violent nature of Islam. Moreover, by focusing on this scarcely relevant argument, he overlooks other ways to effectively pursue safety in the country. For instance, as it is pointed out by McCausland, most attacks were carried out by born and naturalized American citizens, therefore, the real threat lies in the minds of individuals regardless their religious identity. McCausal is surely right about the lack of cause and effect between immigration and terrorism and doubtful interpretations of this connection that Donald Trump offers. Unfortunately, even though Trump’s statements appear to be questionable after they are carefully evaluated, he makes an impact on people with populistic rhetoric and much of what he says is taken for granted by his audience and misleads…
