Why Am I Thankful

I am thankful for this class, and how it has had such a positive influence on my health. I am grateful for how I have become a lot more flexible and have become more self-aware as to the progress of my health. I am thankful that I was able to wake up at 5:30 each morning, and hear classical music as we warmed up at the barre. I am thankful for the opportunity that this class gave me to challenge myself, and to learn the benefits of practicing dance steps at home. I was able to see a live ballet for the first time, and I am thankful that that opportunity was opened up to me and required me to go because I would have never gone to a ballet if it wasn’t for this class. I am so thankful for how much this class has positively influenced my life,
