It is a matter of fact how well the American presidents have done their jobs in order to make America one of the most powerful countries. The one who left the biggest mark in my opinion was Theodore Roosevelt. He accomplished things that made America great. He was a man with a great education, who studied at an extremely prestigious university like Harvard. Donald Trump’s call to “Make America Great Again” has polarized the nation, and is a very current and relevant example of corruption and violence infecting a modern revolution. Although unlike his liberal counterpart Bernie Sanders he hasn’t actually called for a “political revolution,” Donald Trump’s radical policies would be just as much of a departure from traditional American politics. He calls for the deportation of millions of illegal immigrants, a wall on the Mexican border, a ban on Muslims, and for companies based elsewhere to bring their jobs back to the United States. Ever since Trump gained the national spotlight he has been criticized for his Trump University scam and inciting violence among his supporters. When Trump University…

There is a general bipartisan consensus that the wealthy and big corporations got too much power their hands. Sanders’ future fiscal policies revolve around shrinking the power in the upper class. Early in his campaign, Sanders drew attention when he has said a top marginal tax rate of 90% is too high because “when radical socialist Dwight D. Eisenhower was president, the highest marginal tax rate was 90%” (Politifact). During Sanders’ interview with CNBC, “taxing a 90% tax rate” on the rich won’t simply all go to the government. Sanders valiantly uses the key word in his statement that makes it flourish: “marginal”.…

William Jefferson Clinton also known as “Bill” our 42nd president was a very good president for the most part. He was not a good president just because there was a surplus in the economy at the end of his eight year term but he kept the peace during his term.
