First, this essay will talk about how students spend too much time on Standardized tests. Students take 112 Standardized tests alone from Pre-k to 12th grade. Students take an average of 9 tests a year on Standardized tests, not including regular day to day tests. Also 2.3% of the time in classes are on tests. There are so many tests, that the Government are focusing on quality. A result to that would be keeping the good tests, and getting rid of the bad. Also another issue is that tests overlap. Some tests take so long to get the results back in, that the kids may be in the other grade already! This paragraph has talked about how most are the Standardized tests are low on quality.
Next, this essay will talk about how kids stress over tests because there are so many given. Kids stress over all the stuff that they are given so bad, that parents opt their kids out of the test. Parents will decide that instead of their kid stressing so much, that they would rather opt their kids out of the test. Also the Teachers are paid from the test results from the kids. The Teachers may cause the kids an overload on stuff, that causes them to get stressed out. This paragraph has talked about how students stress over the amount of stuff given and
