In my opinion I would love this job. The reason why i think that i would personally love this job is because id get so much fulfillment out of it. It is just simply knowing the fact that what i was doing throughout my work day, all of it was contributed to helping someone and making a difference. For me I feel like there would be no better feeling than to see someone that was that their lowest and weakest point in their life, comeback being even stronger than before and just knowing that you were one of those people that had helped them get there, well that would make all the long hours all worth it. Id also really like this job because i love working with people. In this job id also never have to worry about being bored as there would never be a dull moment. I would be working with my hand and i'd be constantly learning new things everyday and those are some of the things that i love, because the last thing i want is to do the same old thing day in and day

In five or so years I hope to be settled into a job as a dental hygienist. Preferably a job in Rutherford county or surrounding areas. I became interested in the career field in high school after speaking to the hygienist at my dentist office. She was extremely supportive and truthful about what to expect out of this career path. I have also completed 40 hours of job shadowing that have also given me information on what to expect. While most of my activities in my youth consisted of mainly sports, they taught me things such as control, patiences and using my intuition that can be utilized in my future career. Some of these things might include when a hygienist needs steady hands to scrap the plaque off of teeth and not damage anything. Another instance would be knowledge of how to properly use the tools for the job. Patiences will come in handy when working with smaller children. For me to be able to do this as a career I must attend a technical school and obtain a degree in dental hygiene. It takes around 2 years to complete the program. I will be attending Wake Tech in Raleigh not only because I enjoy the area, but their program timeline fits best for me. I would like to have steady employment in 10 years and be able to travel the world. A job with flexible hours is very important to me since I desire an active lifestyle. The typical dentist hours allow for this which is a perk of my future job.…

In the practice of a care plan, communication is the most effective factor and an RN ensures better communication with the patient as well as with the family so the aspect of discrimination can be significantly mitigated. Within the environment of the health care organization, the RN ensures the privacy of the patients and their families. One of the biggest challenges I have faced was moving to America from Pakistan. The transition was difficult; I left childhood memories, family, and close friends behind. However, this portion of my life had a strong influence on the impact I want to have on impoverished populations. Seeing a dentist in Pakistan is a privilege that most of the families couldn’t afford. In those 17 years, it was rare for my family and I to have our teeth professionally cleaned or have a regular dental checkup. Dental insurance did not exist, and everything had to be, and still is, paid for in advance prior to seeing the dentist. Consequently, the majority of the Pakistani population have unsanitary dental hygiene.
