My tumbling coach was the one who inspired me to do something with fitness. My coach taught me discipline and hard work. I learned so much about myself and how much I was really capable of. I found something that I could continually work at and work towards improvement. It was something that made me feel good and a way I could take out frustration or other feelings in a healthy way. Exercising became my hobby. That’s when I realized that if someone helped me find my passion in exercising then I can do the same for someone else. I had decided I wanted to become a personal trainer. I’ve always loved helping people and wanting them to feel good about themselves. It’s given me an opportunity to experience what being a trainer and coach is like on a smaller scale. That has really validated that I feel like I should become a personal trainer. I love seeing the kids have goals they want to accomplish and the fact that I am able to help them do that is so rewarding for me.
