Why Is Jeffrey Dahmer A Psychotic Serial Killer?

Jeffrey Dahmer was a psychotic serial killer from Milwaukie, Wisconsin. Dahmer was also referred to as the Milwaukee Cannibal. From 1978 to 1991 Dahmer killed 17 men. He was found guilty later of murder, rape, necrophilia, and cannibalism. When Dahmer was young his home life was very hard. Some believe his home life, as a child, could be the reason he turned out the way he did. As a child Dahmer never got much attention. His mother was always sick so she got most of the attention that should be given to the kids. Dahmer never really talked to anyone at school he was just the shy kid with very few friends. He stayed a loner through his high school years and became a very bad alcoholic. His parents got a divorce when he was eighteen, which worsened the drinking problem.
