Why Is Oj Simpson Guilty
O.J. Simpson is an ex NFL player who was put on trial for the murder of his ex-wife Nicole Brown and Ronald Goldman. O.J.’s trial is one of the most controversial and most popular cases to this day. His wife was brutally killed and no one got punished for it. O.J. received a not guilty verdict and was let free. I believe that O.J. Simpson’s verdict should have been guilty because of the evidence on the scene, because of his book that was later published, and because of his 3 or 4 changes in alibi for the time of the murders.
On June 12, 1994 Nicole Brown saw the sunrise for the last time. Nicole and Ronald Goldman, Nicole’s close friend, were killed outside Nicole’s house on 875 South Bundy Drive. Both of them being stabbed to death, and

was guilty was because of the evidence at the scene and on his belongings. 1.5ml of O.J. Simpson’s blood was missing from the lab, so the defense made it seem that the blood was stolen and then planted at the crime scene. “The prosecution of Simpson’s case presented compelling DNA evidence, including matching bloody footprints, hair follicles and a glove found near Simpson’s home containing blood that tested positive to the blood of Goldman”(101.5, 2012). Blood from the killings was also found on the handle of O.J. Simpson’s Ford Bronco, but the defense said it was planted on his car from the blood missing from the lab. A bloody footprint at the scene was also found that was identical to O.J.’s shoe print. The killer also left a glove at the scene of the crime but when O.J. tried the glove on, he made it seem like it didn’t fit and the defense also made the court believe that the glove was placed at the crime scene by a racist cop looking to help convict O.J. The evidence found and collected was plenty enough to convict O.J. but the defense flipped the whole trial from being about murder to racism. I do not believe the prosecutors did a well enough job to charge O.J. because of their lack of patience or because the blood from the crime scene was stolen and made it seem like the white cops were out to get him. Either way it goes, O.J. had a good lawyer or a good enough lawyer to beat the

The prosecuting team believed that Bill didn’t get kidnapped by those two kidnappers. The defense team believed that Bill was mentally challenged and Red Chief did harm his kids and abuse the cat. The prosecuting team said that Red Chief was hounded down by those two kidnappers and lured in by some candy that they had hidden. They conjointly believed that they put her in a bag and yielded her into a little shed. The prosecuting team won the case by way of evidence. I believe that the defense team should have won by way of evidence from the trial.…

A few days after Emmett flirted with a cashier, he was kidnapped and savagely killed by her husband and brother. He was visiting family in Money, Mississippi and supposedly whistled at Carolyn Bryant.Carolyn’s husband and brother-in-law, Roy and Milam, found out what Emmett did so, they brutally murdered Emmett. He did take it to trial and sadly the verdict was that he was found guilty and was given a life sentence without the chance of parole. Another police officer took over the case and looked farther into the investigation. He learned March, 18, 2012 that the murder case against him would be dismissed. It goes to show you that the law Enforcement made a mistake, and they needed to look more into the suspects when interviewing them, get hard evidence, and possibly DNA. Even though that man wasn’t guilty he was still accused and charged. I’m sure when he goes places or tries to get a job people think twice that kind of slandered his name. The third case is a hall of famer, former NFL player who was a teammate for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Oakland Raiders. He was arrested for physically abusing a woman he was dating at the time. He allegedly assaulted her in a hotel room they were staying at. There were no witnesses to this woman’s accusations. Due to this incident he was actually pulled from covering the 2010 Super bowl XLIV. The woman ended up dropping all the charges. Another case that I was reading about is the Haleigh Cummings story. In this case…

I think O.J.Simpson is guilty. I think he was lucky and everyone knew him for football but people that are known should not be treated any differently or in anyway that can benefit them. I think he was lucky to have the defense team that he had who tried to prove he was innocent when everyone knew what hew did I think that everyone knew it was him because during the videos he acted emotionless.…

Although more than most of the evidence could have put Mr. Simpson in prison for the murder of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman if it had been found to be creditable, the fact that the investigation and collection were so splotchy and unorganized, with evidence being misplaced or lost and entered months later, notes that didn’t match up, and blood evidence that wasn’t properly packaged and secured by procedure. Just because Common sense tells us by looking at the abundance of evidence brought forward otherwise, for…

Just because someone is believed to be guilty doesn’t mean they are guilty. The Zimmerman versus Martin case has been a lingering case for over 4 years now since it has happened. George Zimmerman, in a lot of eyes, is guilty. There are a few things that need to be considered before this can be concluded: there is no hard evidence proving that Zimmerman had intention to murder Martin, emotions opinions are not a sufficient source against the case, and neither parties have an exceeding criminal background.…

I personally believe that even though it is almost one hundred years since this trial ended, we as American's still have not moved past using race, religion, or social status in our justice system. If you look into the OJ Simpson trial the exact same thing was happening. Everyone was focused on the fact that he was African American and famous. That should not have been a factor in his case or in Sacco and Vanzetti's case. They were innocent. If someone believes they are guilty, they are too focused on the lies that were cleared, the witnesses that were too far away to see, and the jury and prosecutors that were prejudiced against Italian…

Equally important, the prosecution did not have enough people on the case, meanwhile the defense team was made up by a large group of very intelligent people, thus the prosecution should've asked for a third person to help with a different point of view or strategy. Also, they were tricked by the defense team to make O.J. Simpson try on the gloves found at the crime scene, and when he did so, it appeared to be too small for his hands, thus, whatever excuse the prosecutors could've used to explain what just happened would not make difference to what the jurors had just…
