In my opinion, exercise is important in any age of the human being and it depends on the age, so it will be the time that is dedicated to practice any exercise or sport. Physical exercise is necessary, firstly is healthy for our life, second is favorable to keep an active life and it is also good to obtain the habit. When someone begins to practice a physical exercise, in some way start to have discipline to keep at time the diverse activities, besides it can be more competitive, to be fit, as the same time it is a good entertainment, thus we can practice some sports for instance in basketball, volley ball, running, soccer, swimming.
Therefore, to create a habit,
