Comparing how many people have joined gyms, exercise classes, or just had a life style change, you would see a large increase in this. This is because people are finally coming to terms and are acknowledging that exercise does have an impact on people’s lives. Even though exercise has a positive effect on peoples mental health and well-being, but proper caution must be taken. With proper caution taken exercise can be an enjoyable act without getting hurt, or having a negative effect. Exercise, proper nutrition and strong will to continue keeping in the right path, will lead to a better lifestyle overall. It is not something that is everyone can keep up.
