If schools were to start later in the morning, it would reduce lateness and students skipping school.2 Starting school later improved attendance.2 For instance, if there was, on average three students out of every ten showing up late to school on a regular basis and then school started later reducing that number to one, which had payed off in the end. When students had gotten more sleep in the morning, they were less lumpish and more passionate about going to school.2 Students will then learn even more and soak everything up like a sponge.
