Wire Controlled Robotic Arm Essay
WIRE CONTROLLED ROBOTIC ARM

Abstract- The paper deals with the design and implementation of Wired Controlled Robotic Arm, which is used to perform the basic activities like, pik and place the objects with out human effort. In this paper, a Robotic Arm is designed and modeled, Wired controlled Working arm, the work done by the robotic arm would be precise, as the servo motor of 6v and 12v motors were used in the project. But the motors are used according to the work of the size of the project. By the wired controlled robotic arm the project is controlled by wires and operated by switches. In today?s world robots and their works are compulsory for industries and manufacturing companies. Other than Robotics this types of arms are used for other

Practically, a Robot is basically an electro-mechanical machine that is guided by computer or electrical switches. Robots can be classified as Autonomous, Semi-autonomous and remotely controlled[1].Robots are widely used for variety of tasks such as cleaning drains, service stations and the work that are considered danger to handled by the humans that should performed by the robots. The Robotic arm is similar to human arm by providing grips to the handle of robot arm. Humans today do all the tasks involved in the manufacturing industry by themselves. However, the robotic arm can be used for various tasks such as Drilling, Welding and removal of medical wastes and may more, [3]. The self implementation of desired motors are increase the speed of the …show more content…
This task is achieved by using perforated plates. The battery emits the power source to the motor it rotates the spur to convert to and flow motion. . This servo will respond with regards to the pulses which results in the moment of the arm [6].The servo motor and battery are the main components for the wired controlled robotic arm. The process of complete section and motion of the project by providing efficient power source. For the pick and place the robotic arm is used, usually a dedicated module designed specifically for use with

In modern society, there are many advantages of using robotic technology. Robots have the capacity to dramatically improve product quality. Work done by robots can be performed with great precision and high repeatability every time. This level of consistency can be hard to achieve any other way. With robots, the speed of production increases. This can be seen by the use of the assembly line. The assembly line was created to produce products with ease and speed. Additionally, because robots have the ability to work at a constant speed without pausing for breaks, sleep, vacations, they have the potential to produce more than…

Robotics are seen clearly at work in the domestic scene. A large demand for service robots exist. According to the International Federation of Robotics (IFR), 3.7 million automated lawnmowers, window cleaners and vacuum clearers were marketed worldwide in 2015 - a number that is predicted to raise up to 30 million by 2019 (“How Robots Make Life Easier”). Automation in many daily chores will create loads of extra time and make living that much better. Smart home hubs can set schedules for what time your lights turn on and off, ultimately making you worry free about leaving lights on.…

When we think of robots we cast our minds into the realms of science-fiction and think of characters like C3P0 from Star Wars and the replicants from Blade-Runner. These examples are obviously fictional, but there are real robots that inhabit our world. Our robotics are not yet as advanced as C3P0, but they are still very impressive and are becoming increasingly capable of replacing human labour. These robots have been built to perform a wide range of tasks from the menial, such as cooking and cleaning, to more complicated jobs like surgery and bomb disposal. Robotics are also being used in factories due to their ability to produce high-quality products at blistering…

This history of robotics is intertwined with the histories of technology, science and the basic principle of progress. Technology used in computing, electricity, even pneumatics and hydraulics can all be considered a part of the history of robotics. The timeline presented is therefore far from complete. Robotics currently represents one of mankind’s greatest accomplishments and is the single greatest attempt of mankind to produce an artificial, sentient being. It is only in recent years that manufacturers are making robotics increasingly available and attainable to the general public. The focus of this timeline is to provide the reader with a general overview of robotics (with a focus more on mobile robots) and…
