worst day
“John, John wake up! You are going to be late, come on for god sake! “
That’s usually how my day starts, but today it was really frustrating! As you can see I’m kind of a sleepy-head (at least that’s what the others say because I don’t agree). Anyway, I woke up after my sister’s calls, thinking that it was going to be a normal day, but things were going to be far different from normality.
I was on my way to work when my eye caught that little girl, trembling and asking for help. I could see that there was blood around her leg so I thought that an accident might have happened to her. Immediately I got out from the car to help her and then it all happened so fast that I found myself in the middle of the road without my car. I had been deceived. While I was going to help her, a boy had stolen my car and the injured girl magically stood up and ran away. But that wasn’t all; I also had forgotten the telephone in the car. I was furious, how could I be so stupid?!
In a desperate need for reporting the burglary to the authorities, luckily I found a payphone and talked to the police about what happened, but the time was running so fast. I had to go to work, I was extremely late. I took a taxi and fortunately reached there in time.
“Hey, John! Looks like this isn’t the perfect day huh? “- I saw Lucy coming towards me.
“No Lucy, it definitely isn’t, I just got robbed. Someone stole my car.”
“Oh come on, seriously? I’m so sorry.”-she apologized. I explained her what had occurred and I was surprised when she told me that the same had happened to her sister yesterday, right in the same way. It looked like they were the same guys and someone had to stop them.
Anyway after a couple of hours I called again the police station and finally they had some good news for me. They had located the burglars through my I-phone’s GPS, so there were some chances to catch them. I finally found my expensive cell phone worth its cost. As you can imagine the rest turned out to be

At approximately 1745 hours, I was dispatched to 9514 Crestwood Drive, Amarillo. Upon arrival, at 1758 hours, I met the reporting persons Ronald C. Bentham and his wife, Sara L. Bentham, in reference to a burglary report call. They stated that they returned home from shopping and found that someone had broken into the home and taken numerous items. Mr. Bentham stated that no one else was at the home, and they called the police immediately after returning home. He stated that he and his wife went to town to do some shopping, and then they had dinner at a local restaurant. He stated that when they returned home they found the back door open and the wood frame around the door broken. It appears that someone used a pry bar, or a similar tool to…

When you were dispatched to the home burglary you approached a young boy outside the home. You arrested him. I would not have just arrested him. Asking him if he lived at the residence, his age, name or who his neighbors are could have given you a good idea if he belonged there. As it seems also without speaking to him until you came to the police station realizing he did not speak English. According to E-how (2013), in order to arrest someone you must have probable cause. You had no evidence or probable cause to believe this boy had anything to do with a past,…

When John finds that she has peed on her sweatpants, he looks embarrassed at what his wife has done. It is also significant that he does not go to check up on her when she is failing, to begin with. We see Alice in a state of total distress, and John is nowhere to be found. This shot is foreboding of John leaving Alice by the end of the film, not because he does not love her, but because he cannot take care of her from the beginning to the end and does not feel he should have to. He mutters that the incident was O.K., in an attempt to soothe her, but he notably was not there as it was happening. This shot stresses that John is always too little too…

In the state of Massachusetts, Common Law Burglary is defined as “the breaking and entering into the dwelling of another at night with the intent to commit a felony”. It’s very important to note that in order for a crime to be considered as burglary, it is necessary for it to take place at night. Another important factor involved in a burglary is that usually the owner of the establishment is not present during the time at which this crime is taking place. Most states share the same elements of what a burglary includes, which are: “unauthorized breaking and entering, into a building or structure, with the intent to commit a crime inside. All three of these elements need to be very evident in court in order to convict someone of burglary. Burglary is one of the more serious crimes and is usually charged as a felony. The penalties for being charged with burglary are up to 20 years if no one was present at the time of the crime and…

One afternoon, after lunch my family and I were sitting around relaxing when the doorbell rang. I got up to answer the door and realized it was a detective from the Sheriff’s office. As I invited him in, I felt apprehensive at the reason for his visit. When I asked him the reason for his visit, he stated that he believed our home had been burglarized. My family and I were completely unaware and started looking around as he asked if anything was missing. Everything seemed to be accounted for inside of the house so he asked us to check the garage. Upon entering the garage, I noticed that one of the fuel tanks was missing from my boat and that two of my rods and reels were missing as well. I was extremely angry because one of them belonged to my grandfather. The detective asked us to view photographs of some stolen items to try to identify our missing property. While viewing these I was able to identify my missing fishing equipment, which was later returned, but my tank was not among the items recovered.…
