Additional Details what iam saying is it seems that progress has only been made where certain groups have demanded it be made so, like the cosmetic or looks department or in the gay commumity where things like breast implant or like i said they are working on how to make it possible for a man to not only look like a woman but to actually get pregnant and give birth, another sad industry that continue to evolve will be in all the bad fields like web porn or female sex slave trading, and this in the future will also be more preveilent since what seems to dictate where our progress goes is not romantic science like star trek but self abuse triggered by politicians who are ungodly here is another prediction i will make politicians will be more corrupted we seem to be moving further away from politicians who have high moral standards ,look at his yr election America elected a man with questionable shady past but when bill clinton was caught cheating on his first lady everybody wanted him gone yet now it seems
5 years ago to the young lady who said 100 yrs ago were not all that different well i hate to tell you it was very different in 1908 my father was born in 1901 and in that time street cars were still being pulled by horses and billy the kid was still killing people just for snoring without worrying about cops, there were not CSI miami type teams yet,man had not yet figured out how to fly, large ships were new ,two story ships like TITANIC were considered impossible until titanic the world had not yet experienced murder and large deaths by the thousands as WW1 and later WW2 would produce, but it was WW2 that gave us the jet engine, the fighting blitz creet method America uses today to win wars is this german method we use today,in terms of day to day living no washing machine,no dryers,no dishwashers, hair dryers,no microwave ovens,no computers, the main mode of transport in some areas were horse and boogey or just horse and saddle, candles were the light source for many house wholes still think no differ
5 years ago i think in the future everything we now have to do ourselves like instaling our laptop or tv or DVD players if you were to walk into a house you will see tvs already built right into the walls, maybe you can just give voice command to your house and tv will pop up or the heat might turn or your computer will answer you back ,you can talk to anyone when they call you through your tv screen or a monitor just made by rogers future buyers your car will use something other than gas and now no one will be buying oil from the middle east and now the shieks will actually have to earn a living, wars may be fought via a computer screen only using missiles and rockets!

However, by viewing the future, I would be able to find a more concrete realization of my desires, both for myself and for the world I live in. I would learn more from one day, 2000 years from now, then I could glean in the months it would take to visit the locations listed in my blue notebook. Visiting the 41st century would allow me to gain knowledge that is inaccessible in my time. I could access technology far advanced past what is currently available, hear songs that have yet to be written and experience a culture that does not yet exist. The mistakes made in a future society would help me understand the best way to change the world for the better. Ultimately, there could be no place more foreign, and no location I long more to understand, than the world that is to…

Deep in the emerald forests of central Africa live the BaMbuti, a Pygmy race having their own unique way of life and culture. This way of life and culture is intricately patterned by their habitat: the Ituri Forest itself. In the 1950s anthropologist Colin Turnbull visited the BaMbuti of the Ituri Forest. He lived among them and did extensive fieldwork which he describes in his book The Forest people. What Turnbull discovered above all else is that the BaMbuti are a people who live by the forest and for the forest.…

During his fourteen years of chancellorship Wolsey exercised considerable influence over Henry VIII's domestic policy during the years 1515 to 1529, involving himself in economic, legal and church affairs. Wolsey was either loved or hated for his wealth, position and manner particularly by the nobility. Some of his domestic policies were relatively successful with some failures, but some such as Finances had an almost equal amount of failures and successes. However, many historians argue that his policies were limited due to Henry’s ambitions in Europe. One aspect that Wolsey did have great impact was justice, with him introducing many new ideas. Although, some of his policies were unsuccessful such as the Enclosures, the policy that was the most unsuccessful and almost a complete failure was the amicable grant. This was a factor in Henry’s lack of trust in Wolsey during the latter part of his position as Lord Chancellor.…

Many people have looked at the past existence of the United States and have come up with their own theory of what the United States will be like in the future. Changes will be vast and large, some will be predictable others will not, this is why no one for sure can say what changes will come in the future. By looking at events and the directions of the United States and that of its government, I have come up with what I think the future will hold for the United States. The United States will change in many ways both socially and economically. The ways that I think the government may not be true, but I have looked at the past and I agree that my predictions are the best and most…

In conclusion, it’s quite clear to see how we have changed throughout history. It has not only changed the ways we act and talk, but also the physical way as well. Now of days we are much more technologically advanced and have better rules and laws. The courtrooms are also much more trustworthy. Overall we are just a much different society in comparison to the 1930’s. With that being said, it makes me wonder, what will our future will be…

Not much change will occur over the course of the next twenty years that can’t be plainly predicted today. Obviously, the track we’re on now will continue to develop as automation takes to the forefront of work typically done by humans. Desperately, our governments will continue fighting to censor peoples daily lives in order gain control over a society born in the digital age. Intrusive marketing techniques tailored to target the very impulses within human DNA will be perfected; as escaping the all-seeing eyes of Big Brother becomes virtually impossible. Individuality will dwindle as Americans continue struggling to find comfort through association as the once bountiful well of fads, fashions, styles, and other various forms of self expression is dried…

A telephone call in the year 2020 would probably not be just a phone call. It could be a video chat where the screen pops into the sky soon as you answer it. A future phone call could even be a hologram of the person you are talking to. We already have voice dialing in the year 2012, in the year 2020, we might have “mind dialing”. Eating a meal in the year 2050 with my family, I will be sitting down with all my children and grandchildren and their children. Eating space food, dipping dots, or food that comes out of a tooth paste tube. Maybe even like back to the future when they popped a tiny pizza in the micro wave for a minute and it came out a huge pizza hot and ready. When I joined the military and saw an MRE for the first time I thought it was one of the coolest things ever.…

As a child from the beginning we are told that we can be whatever we want, an astronaut, a doctor, a teacher. Why is it that we are then as we age shamed for becoming who we are? I believe society needs to make some drastic shifts both in legalities in attitudes to make this “American dream” a reality whether that be to become transgender, sexually active, thin or not. All should be given the right to choose, then have equality and protection in whatever decision made, if we can educate and enlighten our society we can create a culture were all can feel safe in being who they are.…

I feel like we don’t need to change the way we are living because we are so advanced. We would have no problem making changes and adapting to whatever situation so weather conspiracy theories are not going to happen to us in a couple hundred year and I will be dead by then so this does not really concern me. And we just watched a movie that was fictional never really happened and most likely won’t happen when i'm still…

I can't say for sure whether the world will be a place after 100 years, because I think one part will change for the better, while another part will be worse. In the technology, everything has a different type. Many new machines have been invented. Those things will help people more efficiently. You can finish a lot work by one touch. You just hold a small remote, and it will order everything. For example, the car will drive to your house by itself according to your orders, the TV will choose the best program and tell you what the important news is for you today. We will have no traffic jams because the cars will fly in the sky, you don't need to drive them because everything is automatic.…
