Introduction
From the author of journal reviewed stated that the evolution and globalisation of future management on mainly these three skills of inclusive of Manager’s Technical skills, Human relations skills, and the conceptual skills. These three skills is an indications variables of this method research. Its also can affect the quality of operational effectiveness and organizations efficiency. The medium to be tested is on simplicity design and manufacturing, layout, processes and procedures where the technique to be use is studied, analysed, enhanced and practice effectively. Method of research used is Validating Test on Exploratory Investigation, Means Process Analysis on the empirical analysis and comparative analysis which is the multiple regression equations. The matters that need to be studied is on the management structure mainly such as different level of management, different industrial and demographic factors.
Methodology

Author received 2,436 usable and valid surveys via Face to face and online medium where China completed 635/1000, Iran is 575, Thailand is 637, US is 348 and Pakistan is 241 only. Culture and Management Skills
Research
The issues rise when there is limitation on the research until the To What Extent & What Ways Culture influences Individual or Groups Phenomenon in Organizations. The segments that will be examined is on Workforce diversity, Business Activities on National Borders, Telecommunication availability, and Global Competition.

    This report presents the results of a comprehensive review of the positive impacts that diversity training can have on an organization as a whole as well as the individual employee. As the United States minority populations percentages increase the number of ethnic minorities will mirror the increase in minorities in the workforce. Due to this ethic shift in the US population, diversity training will remain as a pressing topic. Senior level executives must embrace this change and continue to create a positive environment that is conducive to all employees regardless of their fundamental cultural differences.     Managing diversity has the potential to be one of the most challenging issues for healthcare management. Healthcare organizational growth requires an increase in workforce, and workforce is becoming more multicultural and diverse.
