This assignment looks at planning and enabling learning, which covers the various ways in which as a teacher we can assess, negotiate, promote inclusivity, integrate functional skills within the learning and effectively communicate to ensure the learner ultimately achieves their goals. It is vitally important as a trainer or teacher to ensure that you are capturing information in order to progress and cater for your learners.
Due to time restrictions I controlled the resources utilised and conducted internet searches, review of notes from the course I had made, and use of books available to me through loan from my tutor. I also draw on my own knowledge and experiences.

Method
I first of all l studied the question and the various elements it included. I needed to get several views/opinions on all the elements of the question therefore it was important to ensure that the research I did allowed me to collate several points of view to ensure the information was un biased. The internet initially provided excessive amounts of material on this subject therefore I assessed my approach. By utilising the two books for reference I developed a starting structure on which to build my research, and gave me the ability to remain more focused and structured to my approach to this assignment. Creation of a flow chart helped me devise the flow of the information. Investigating and researching further on the internet using Google as a search engine. By conducting a search on Google I was able to identify information I needed which related to my research. I also drew on my own personal knowledge, experience and past learning’s. By Identifying the views of a number of theorists to ensure that I was open minded when looking at my conclusions.
