Life Before Children VS. Life After Children Being a mother has brought on a big change in my life. The life before becoming a mother was enjoyable. Even though, I have children, my life is still enjoyable and I have lots of love for my children. My children are my blessings. The changes that occurred in my life are: sleep, money, and responsibility. Before I had children, I use to party all night and I slept all day. I was still at home with my parents and they treated me like a baby. I did not have to worry about anyone waking me up in the middle of the night or early in the morning. I got plenty of rest. After all the partying and hanging out all night, I ended up pregnant. My whole life changed like a twinkle of an eye. I had a baby girl and in the hospital, she was the most precious little thing you ever laid eyes on. Bringing her home from the hospital was like “Nightmare on Elm Street.” There was no more sleeping all night and half the day for me. My baby had her days and nights mixed up. I had to change my sleep patterns to sleep when she slept. Later on in life, I had three more precious children. Altogether, I have four children. I did not have to budget my money, because I knew that my parents would take care of me. I would buy plenty of clothes, shoes, and makeup. Prices did not matter, because if I wanted it, I got it. I had a job, but I did not like it so, I quit the job. Also, my grandparents, aunts and uncles gave me money and bought different things for me. At that time of my life, I was a spoiled brat. Now, I have children and I have to work. Instead of everyone taking care
