When I am going through chapter 5 and chapter 6 I find it majorly considering about employee behavior and their factors affecting it. The employee is the important person in which the organization is based on. There are, mainly two factors effecting it one is factors with in organization called internal factors ad other is external factors. The internal factors include lack of motivation, attitude and the knowledge he had. The external factors varies from person to person. The external factors may be like downturn economy or a sudden change in technology to which they are new. The down turn results in reducing the number of employees in the organization and in some cases they will use that money for training purpose etc. The employee performance may also effect due to changes in work environment. The supervisor has an extreme effect on workers. He will delegate the work and also work done by workers.
The organization will also itself effect the behavior by its job design, appreciation and feedback. The feedback must be given in a way that the worker should have a chance to improve the skills through training or by increasing knowledge. If the worker is working best then he should be rewarded on the basis he had worked in the organization. The employee behavior can also be influenced by his coworkers. So healthy relationship should be maintained between the employees and it is the duty of organization to maintain it.
Motivation is also one of the positive strengths that the organization is having to have a strong influence on behavior. Motivation makes persons to work better and also helps them to improve their skills knowledge in the job. It also personally helps them to make a positive move in their life.

Motivation is one of the most essential part to a business or an organisation, the reason to this is because without motivation your employees would not have the desire and will to do something or to push their self a little harder to get something finished. Every individual will have a way they get motivated, not everyone has the same motivation strategy therefore each employee will have their own way to be motivated, and some of the things which will motivate someone are money and deadlines.…

From the beginning, Elie Wiesel's work details the threshold of his adult awareness of Judaism, its history, and its significance to the devout. His emotional response to stories of past persecution contributes to his faith, which he values as a belief system rich with tradition and unique in its philosophy. A divisive issue between young Elie and Chlomo is the study of supernatural lore, a subset of Judaic wisdom that lies outside the realm of Chlomo's pragmatism. To Chlomo, the good Jew attends services, prays, rears a family according to biblical dictates, celebrates religious festivals, and reaches out to the needy, whatever their faith.…

The Fourth of July has been celebrated, for hundreds of years, as the independence of America from its oppressor Great Britain. This day signifies a day of victory and triumph over the injustice that reigned over the newly formed colonies. Why should someone be rewarded just because they 'risked their life'? There is nothing about risking your life that makes you inherently deserve reward, you could risk your life jumping off a bridge and that isn't worthy of reward, only ridicule. I think you should focus on how they're risking their lives often to save their families imo, or that their lives are already at risk in their home countries.…
