The elements necessary to establish and operate a small business are examined in light of internal and external environmental requirements.
Prerequisite: MGMT 330

Course Overview

Upon satisfactory completion of the course you should be able to demonstrate knowledge and comprehension of how to buy an existing small business, or how to start a new venture. Also, you will learn how to analyze, apply, and evaluate modern management practices for sustaining the life and profitability of a small business venture.
