Why Should Teens Practice Safe Sex?
A lot of people wonder how teens get pregnant before they’re even out of high school. Many teens are sexually active. Getting pregnant is really stupid. Teenagers can me up they’re life with one mistake. Teens can make a mistake by being sexually active with they’re partner and get pregnant. Teens should practice safe sex because it may lead to other things, other things such as STDs, HIV, etc. Why don’t teens practice safe sex?
When teens are pregnant it can effect they’re schooling. Some teenagers drop of school because of they’re pregnancy. Teens have to deal with not getting enough sleep because of the baby crying not getting enough sleep because of the baby crying. Teens would not be able to study for test or do homework due to caring for a needing baby. Teen pregnancy will effect they’re social life by not getting to do what teenagers life to do, things such as going to the movies and mall with they’re friends. All the fun ends with a baby, it’s a responsibility.
The consequences of STDs are tubal pregnancies which can be fatal to the mother and always fatal to the unborn baby. Babies born to mother with STDs may suffer death or be a damage as a result of the mother’s STD. Cervical cancer is almost always caused by an STD called Human Papillomavirus (HPV). Women who have a current history of certain STDs such as Pelvic inflammatory disease (PIV) may have a chance of experiencing infedility. Sometimes STDs causes damage to other organs including the heart, kidneys, and brain. The sad thing is that certain STDs such as HIV or AIDS are eventually fatal. There are more than 20 types of STDs, Gonorrhea, Chlamydia, Syphilis, Genital Herpes, Genital Warts, HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis. Crabs are the most common STDs.
