1) This learner group is diverse in age, there ages range from 20 to 40 years of age. They are mostly female with one male, all have good English. Live in the south/south western suburbs of Sydney. They have no physical or mental disabilities in the group. They have an average to above average literacy and numeracy standard. All have completed high school level or beyond. All have previous knowledge of WH&S and are physically able to perform the task. All learners have no previous experience in window tinting.
2) The unit I am used for training my clients is “AURVTG2006 Apply window tinting”. It is AQF level Certificate II.
3) The reason for the choice of Certificate II level is that it will prepare new employees without previous knowledge or experience to apply window tinting.
This unit would be apart of a qualification for an Australian apprenticeship pathway.
It is Certificate II level, as learners are required to read, apply, and use the skills they learn. Assessment must be direct observation of the task.

I have reviewed the document AURVTG2006 Apply window tinting
There are 5 core units, 3 specialist elective units and 5 general elective units.
I will not be delivering a compete quantification, I am selecting a unit which is an elective. I am delivering one of the specialist elective units in group one Vehicle Tinting
The training package is AUR20912 Certificate II in Automotive Body Repair Technology and the current version is February 2013.
The Automotive Skills is the ISC responsible for the training package.
