Whenever I work I know what my responsibilities are and I take on the role expected of me to the best of my abilities. I am a part of a mentoring organization for SEBS EOF. There are approximately 15 mentors. Each mentor has 1 mentee (who is a freshman or sophomore). The mentor and mentee must meet approximately 2-3 times per month‚ and communicate at least once a week. Our goal is to serve as a resource for these mentees.
