Each team members were given opportunity to give a brief introduction about themselves. All team members were asked about their past experiences of being office bearers.

Discussions and voting were made among the team member in choosing the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Chief Operating Officer (COO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Auditor and Secretary.
The office bearers chosen throughout the meeting are Nurun Naqibah Bt. Khishamuddin as the CEO, Nurul Syahiroh Bt. Mohd Alfadzirllah as the COO,
Nur Amalina Izati Bt. Kamarul Bahren as the CFO,
Nurul Nabilah Bt. Mansor as the Auditor and
Nur Hanani Bt. Adrus as the Secretary.

Determining shareholders
The rest of the team members were made shareholders.
The shareholders were appointed to organize the CSR event.

Choosing the name of the company
Several name suggestions of the company were discussed among the team members.
The name of the company chosen is Green Abyss Sdn. Bhd.

To produce executive summary of the proposed legal awareness campaign entitled “Have a Safe Night Out” campaign.
