Introduction:
The concept and importance of CIPD:
CIPD is a system use of maintaining, improving and expansion of the level of knowledge and development of the main personal qualities, regarding education of professional and technical tasks for all levels of the individuals work life.
Professionals’ has to understand the importance of new knowledge within the improvement of the individual’s skills. Moreover, develop personal qualities to utilize their productivity.
Most of organizations have significant amount of experience in this area. It is about understanding the strategy of the organization and plan how to improve skills to increase the individual’s activities. (CIPD) is focusing on leadership and management development with providing the needed resources for people.

HR professional map:
The Map was developed by HR practitioners, for HR practitioners. It was created by both specialists and generalists, working in the UK and globally, across the private sector (large and SME) public and third sectors.
HR Profession Map provides over view of how HR can help to add value to any organization. Moreover, it may help to operates short term and long term.
The map contains three main sections: professional area, behavior and bands. The professional areas describe what needed to run (activities). In addition, there are eight behaviors should take to carry out activates under the professional area such as:
Collaborative, Driven to deliver, Courage to challenge, Role model, Curious, Decisive thinker, Skilled influencer, personally credible.

Four bands defined in the HR professional map, in the first band support employee’s activities with administration and processes in daily tasks. The second band is about evaluation and providing solutions for any problem to the employees. Band three about acting as a consultant or partner to help in controlling and minimizing problems. Finally, the last band is for developing and delivering HR strategy for the
