4P's Buenos Dias Cafe
Product Buenos Dias Café’s product is healthy, convenient, affordable, exotic cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere. Buenos offers a variety of authentic Latin offerings. Their beverage line has substantial depth. Offerings include Coke, Sprite, and Fanta from Mexico, Jarritos sodas, freshly squeezed juice, and smoothies. They have a high quality café menu including Cuban espresso, Latin style cappuccino, coffee in cold and hot brew, café con leche, and other specialty coffee house offerings. Both their breakfast and lunch menu contain exotic favorites like tostadas, quesadillas, tacos, and Cubans. Buenos also caters to the health conscious consumer with their salads, Greek yogurt, vegan, and gluten free options. All of their food is made to order, is never frozen, and supplied from local farms when applicable. Buenos aims to give the consumer a fresh, tasty, and healthy meal with the convenience of casual dining.

Pricing
Buenos Dias takes a competitor orientation and focuses on competitive parity. Menu items range from roughly $2-$12 with the average lunch costing roughly $8.00. The consumer is getting the value of fresh, convenient, healthy food at a price comparable to competitors who don’t offer the same value to their product.

Place
Buenos Dias is centrally located in the downtown Atlanta vicinity. They have a bright, relaxed atmosphere with enough seating to accommodate during busy lunch hours. There are comfortable couches and free WIFI to encourage students to come study while dining or sipping. It is a block from the Georgia State University courtyard, and close to many large corporate offices. We also suggest that Buenos revamp its website and build a strong social media presence so that consumers have another place to interact with the business outside of the building.

Promotion
To promote Buenos Dias, we are suggesting a well-rounded penetration of the Georgia State University and downtown market. Buenos currently has signs across the street

This includes milk, one entree, and two sides, but the price does not correlate to the quantity, nor the quality of this food. For what is received, it would be better to spend that lunch money on healthier options from your local grocery store. If school lunch wasn’t bought, a loaf of bread could be purchased for $3, a jar of jelly for two dollars, a jar of peanut butter for three dollars, a bag of carrots for two dollars, and a bag of celery for two dollars, for a total of twelve dollars. This averages out to cost about one dollar and seventy cents per day, if this food lasted for seven days, which costs more than a dollar less than a school lunch. This amount of food would last students longer than a week, it would satisfy their hunger, and would be much healthier.…

After a week of Taco Bell’s new release of the "grillers” many people noticed less meat in their tacos. At Torchy's there never be a cut back on meat, in fact they are known to put more meat in their tacos over any other Tex-Mex restaurant. They are not only known by their unselfishness, but their very special meal the “Trailer Park”. This feast has fried chicken, green chilies, lettuce, pico de gallo and cheese on a flour tortilla topped off with poblano sauce in it. If someone gets this meal then most locals will tell them to “Make It Trashy”, which means to take the pico out and add queso. Since it adds queso it makes it much more fun and messy to eat. Torchy’s is also known for their famous nookies which are fried cookie dough covered in powder sugar and whip cream topped with chocolate sauce. The fact that all of these great tasteful foods can be made in short time is amazing and makes it that much better than Taco Bell because they cannot serve these…
