6 Dimensions of Health and wellness
Hello and today i’ll be talking to you about the 6 dimensions of health and wellness, and also how to improve on them to become healthier in all of them. The 6 dimensions of health are Emotional, Physical, Social, Spiritual, Intellectual, and Environmental Health and Wellness.
Emotional Health: This dimension means to be emotion and be in tact with your emotions and not just being mad,sad,happy all the time if you hide your feelings behind a happy face all of your emotions will be bottled up and it may explode into a midlife crisis when you are older!
I am doing well in this dimension i am not just always happy and i tell my parents what i’m feeling if i am feeling mad or sad. Also i have helped my friends before if they had something

I can improve in this by not getting so worked up and asking for help instead of getting so worked up and stressed out.

Intellectual health: this dimension is beneficial to your life because you have to be smart in making decisions in life. if you don't you will end up in a low class situation where you don't have a job and you're living out on the streets, because in this day and age you have to have a degree in your job. otherwise the other people that are going for the same job they will probably get it if they have the degree, because you flunked out because you didn't try to become smarter.
It is also good for you to be smart because if you are not the smartest person you can possibly get scammed and lose all you money and end up in the top situation also.
I am doing okay in this dimension because i am a good student not the smartest one but i am trying harder to get my grades up that is why i am working on this at home so i can get a good grade on it and finish it in time. i can also improve on studying more for

    Most people will think of physical wellness as how they are feeling, whether they are sick, tired, or injured in some sort of way. According to Harper, he defines physical wellness as the ability to perform daily activities in a safe, capable, and efficient manner, as well as the physical capacity to respond effectively in unusual situations (2008). Harper further mentions that there are five components of physical wellness, such as cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength, muscular endurance, body composition, and flexibility.
