If the board imparts me a commission to Chief Warrant Officer, it would be a tremendous honor. I can bring experience and sound judgment to the wardroom. My time as a Chief Petty Officer has given me invaluable attributes as a leader and mentor. As a Chief Warrant Officer I can use those attributes at a much higher level, bridging the gap between the officers that command and the enlisted that carry out the missions. I will lead, I will advise, and I will counsel for effective mission execution and the prosperity of the United States Coast Guard.
