A Las 102 Transfer Research Paper

A LAS 102 Transfer Advantage intern should be familiar with other cultures. This campus is diverse and filled with individuals from all parts of the U.S. and the world. Interns should be aware of social differences and respect one another’s perspectives. The ways I would make everyone feel included is to make sure everyone feels welcome. I would make it clear that all opportunities are for all students, no matter their diversity. For those struggling to find their place, I will refer them to culture houses and organizations. For some individuals, it can be overwhelming attending a large institution with a large diverse population. Individuals in my class will engage in-group discussion every day. Each time they must talk with someone they haven’t
meet or previously talked to. Doing so I aim to achieve all students to feel included. Another activity I would involve my students in is the Empathy Walk, as I mention in a previous essay. This activity will make students aware their not so different than their peers and can find a common interest with one another.
