Executive Summery
Comparisons between two manufactures of uniforms in schools and hospitals, CoolSchool and Scrubs, mainly in terms of orders, costs allocations, employment management, and Inventories in order to provide appropriate reasons to merge or not. Basically, CoolSchool face up with problems of allocations of unique department using budgeting process, while Scrubs will face up with problem how to deal employee management by using attractive salaries systems. Moreover, different attitudes towards additional special orders need to be discussed.

Introduction
CoolSchool and Scrubs decided to merge together in terms of struggling economy. Different advantages and disadvantages had in merging. Specifically in Inventories management. Cost allocation, pricing and budgeting process. From the report, improvements of each firms could be discussed as well as suggestions of merging or not.Basically, using bugeting process, JIT methods, activity-based costing, absorption costing analysis to provide disadvantages and advantages in separate companies.

Main Body
CoolSchool is a manufacturer responsible for delivering fixed number of school uniforms for settled schools, they prefer to provide exact amounts for each school two weeks before start of the school year, and make a comparison with last year in terms of accurate production lines. According to the orders disciplines, CoolSchool prefer budgeting methods to manage its orders, comparatively, Scrubs choose JIT methods to manage its orders referred to the fixed staff numbers.
