Acupuncture is used for relaxation and a number of medical treatments throughout the world. Acupuncture originated in China and is known for its universal intervention such as relieving pain and remedial purposes. The term acupuncture refers to thin needles that are used to stimulate different points on the body. According to researchers, by receiving acupuncture it can promote health and healing for an individual through stimulation. Acupuncture is effectively done by trained and licensed doctors. On March 7, 2017 I went to the Beacon Acupuncture Wellness for my scheduled appointment located in Hoboken, NJ and met my acupuncturist, Dr. Feng.
