Amber Behavior Intervention Paper
Focus: Ms. Smalls (MHP), Ms. Simmons (MHS) and Amber review the created Individual Plan of Care (IPOC) and discuss Amber behaviors.
Intervention: MHP reviewed the created IPOC in detail with Amber and MHS. MHP request for Amber and MHS to provide feedback about the IPOC. MHP answered Amber questions about the meaning of some of the interventions. MHP, MHS and Amber discuss MHS reported behaviors. MHP encourage Amber to communicate with verbal communication not non-verbal communication. MHP schedule next visit before schedule court date.
Response: MHS and Amber review the IPOC and asks questions. MHS provide a report of concerning behaviors Amber displayed in the past week. Amber verbally disagree with MHS and shut down. Amber refused to verbally
