The way to achieve a total safety concept begins with the training of personnel to ensure compliance with the safety program.
It is therefore reasonable to argue that training and a good safety record can yield rewards. Sometimes it appears trivial or even monotonous as aviation safety is emphasised repeatedly.
But when you consider the consequences of ignoring safety you realise that it is well worth even enjoying adherence to safety procedures. An organisation will do well to instill in their personnel to enjoy safety practices.
There are so many reports of incidents and accidents in the aviation industry that could have been avoided. In fact they are too many to enumerate here. In some airline aircraft accidents no one survived, not even the airline!
