Ball Park Business Plan
The website - www.ball-parks.com was designed to serve as a game day resource for Major League Baseball Fans. The design was born out of the notion that for much of the fan base; the happenings occurring outside the stadium is just as much an attraction as the action going on within the stadium. For the millions of Major League Baseball Fans across the country; an equally energizing experience is taking in the restaurants and taverns (bars) located in and around the baseball park. For baseball fans visiting a ballpark from out of town; navigating around an unfamiliar stadium can be difficult.

 We needed visitors to maintain interest in the information provided on the website.
2. Provide valuable website content and information
 In order for visitors to maintain interest in the website; the content and information provided had to be deemed as valuable and necessary.

Key Business Indicators
The Key Performance Indicators selected to measure attainment of the Business Goals were chosen because they have a direct link towards attaining the business Goals. They are not as numerous as the ones covered during classroom, presentations however; we believe they are more focused towards what we believe will affect the Key Business Indicators.
