However the website includes a large number of texts via page so if there is a child who is using it for homework or research there is a lot of text and some of the words are quite big and older vocabulary. .the content on the BBC website can be quite graphic or hard to look at when you are at certain ages, it often shows images of wars or conflict and this can affect them in later life if they are open to this at such a young age .The bbc does not have a safety option or a water-shed (safe until a certain time).
