You Will Need:
• 2 skirt steaks, 1 lb each
• 6 Tbsp olive oil
• 2 onions, sliced
• 4 garlic cloves, minced
• 2 serrano peppers, minced
• 2 jalapeno peppers, sliced
• 2 green bell peppers, seeded and sliced
• 2 red bell peppers, seeded and sliced
• 4 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
• 2 limes, quartered
For the Rub:
• 1 tsp chili powder
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 2 tsp cumin
• 1/2 tsp paprika
• 1/2 tsp sea salt
• 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
How to Prepare:
1. Combine the ingredients for the rub in a bowl. Rub the mixture all over the steaks, then set aside.

Heat another tablespoon of olive oil in the same skillet and sear the steak for 4 minutes per side or more. Transfer to a plate and let rest. Repeat with the second steak using another tablespoon of olive oil.
4. Heat the remaining olive oil in the skillet, then saute the pepper mixture again.
5. Chop the steak into thin strips, then add the strips into the skillet. Stir fry everything until browned and heated through.

Rinse the pork chops thoroughly, then blot dry with paper towels.
2. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides. Set aside.
3. In a bowl, combine the flax seed, cumin, coriander, cardamom, and salt and pepper to taste. Dredge the pork chops in the mixture until completely coated. Set aside.
