Behavior Challenges in the Classroom
Introduction
Student Behavior is a major issue for everybody who lives and works on campus or in the town of Loughborough. Anti-social or criminal behavior usually damages other people, be they other students, staff or local residents. It costs them and the University many tens of thousands of pounds each year and creates a great deal of unintended worry and distress for the victims and their families, some of whom are old or vulnerable. A whole new set of values, sometimes quite at odds with the values of previous generations, which can create some friction. s Students and faculty each have responsibility for maintaining an appropriate learning environment. Students who fail to adhere to behavioral standards may be subject to discipline. Faculty have the professional responsibility to treat students with understanding, dignity and respect, to guide classroom discussion and to set reasonable limits on the manner in which students express opinions. Disruptive students in the academic setting hinder the educational process. Although disruptive student conduct is already prohibited by regent Laws and the Students' Rights and Responsibilities Regarding Standards of Conduct, the purpose of this policy is to clarify what constitutes disruptive behavior in the academic setting; what actions faculty and relevant Assistant/Associate Dean's offices may take in response to disruptive conduct; and the authority of the Office of Judicial Affairs to initiate disciplinary proceedings against students for disruptive conduct.
This research can find the reason why some student have a non approximate attitude.

Statement Of the Problem
The Isabela State University face a growing number of students whose behavior challenges the success of daily classroom instruction.     Gary was more than proud of the fact that he gave his students a quiz everyday in his Latin class so that they would remember what they had learned the day before. Gary also wanted his students to apply what they were learning to the real world. While interviewing my grandfather he said, “In American Government, I never gave a student an A unless they did at least two ‘A projects’.” These “A projects” were simple things like interviewing a local politician or going to a town meeting.     When it comes to special education, discipline is a major concern in this area because many students are incessantly being expelled for their behavior issues that are caused by their disabilities. With the previous law students were excluded from school and received long suspension time because of their behavioral problems but when the new law was passed in 2004 students that are disable, is entitle to a free appropriate education under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and can no longer be expel from school if their behavior is due to their disability. With the new law, students can no longer be suspended for more than 10 days during a school term for behavioral issues and 45 days for weapon and illegal drugs. A Functional Behavioral Assessment (FBA) should be included within the special need students Individualized Education Plan (IEP) at the beginning of each school year so that the general education teachers is aware of the students behavioral problems and is able to handle them before the student get out of hand and the other students learning is disruptive.
