benefits of waking up early
What kind of time table a person should follow depends on the character and habit of him and even on the job he does. Some people prefer to get up early in the morning and start the day’s work while others prefer to get up later in the day and work until late at night. Personally I prefer to get up early in the morning because of its huge benefits including sustaining a healthier diet, having a better mental health and enhancing the productivity.

Waking up early in the morning helps you to sustain a healthier diet by giving you enough time to have a good breakfast which can bring you energy boost to start the day, reduce the morning crankiness and keep you from overeating. Imagine going without food for 8 to 12 hours during the day, feeling hungry but you only have a few minutes before the day’s work start, then you would know how important a breakfast is. So you’d better wake up early, make a delicious breakfast for yourself and start a day with fully energy.

Similarly, waking up early gives you a better mental health through improving the quality of your sleep, doing some excercises and enjoying quiet time. The fact that early risers often go to bed early in order to wake up early and most likely at the same time everyday makes them have very well established sleep routines which help them get better quality of sleep. Correspondingly, waking up early gives you enough time to do some excercises which can energize your body and get it ready to take on the day. Besides, by waking up earlier than the rest of the family, you probably have more quiet time for yourself which help let loose your mind and decrease stress. Therefore, waking up early is a good habit for your health.

Furthermore, in contrast with being a night owl, waking up early enhances your productivity. Many say that working at night gives them more inspiration, thus helps them work more efficient. It is obviously true for some people whose job requires high level of creativity and inspiration
