I appreciate the opportunity to explain further the Business Edge program I have studied at Edith Cowan University, and how the skills I have developed and concepts I have studied will be beneficial to your company and directly address your companies selection criteria for the Gym manager position.
The ECU Business Edge program (BE) is designed to make the graduating student job ready. It does this by teaching the ten core employability skills, behaviours and attributes expected by today’s work force. HOW? The programs design incorporates and exceeds the National Framework in the Development of Employability Skills. This framework was established in 2002 by the Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI) and the Business Council of Australia (BCA).
