support of knowledge and money to start my own projects and researches. Even, if I don't win the lottery, I will not withdraw or retreat this dream because I have the resoluteness and persistence to achieve it. Winning the lottery only shortens my way to the zenith of success, in which it only fills and blocks my financial needs. Spending four years in CSUN campus can impact my way of living, in which I will have to adapt with the changes that I will experience inside and outside the campus.
At first, I want to learn how to manage my time wisely because I don't want to start working on my assignment before the deadline by couple hours. A wise time management can help me in avoiding stress, anxiety, uncompleted tasks, and low grades, so it is crucial for me to learn and practice time management strategies through my next four years. These strategies involve a sagely investment of time, whereas I will finish my tasks based on their priorities, difficulties, lengths, and deadlines. Also, I will do my best to afford at least seven hours of sleeping, so I can always be on my highest level of activism. The second action is about learning how to use and benefit from CSUN campus resources. I am not too worried about this process because I am sure that my University 100 class will cover these type resources and how to use them efficiently. Also, I will rely on online announcements, emails, and websites to discover all these resources. For now, I am only concerned about taking advantage of the gym and Klotz health center to ameliorate my health level, in which I have a little of obesity and I am trying to treat myself from migraine. Also, I am looking to work as chemistry and math tutor in the campus, which will let me involve me in LRC …show more content…
center. I don't really have any hobbies or habits that make me special.
I have never worked on developing any type of skills or talents in my character. I used to fill my time with studying, learning, and enhancing my chemical and mathematical level of knowledge. I do not have the enough skills of sociability and confidence to join clubs or leadership programs. The only club, that I will try to join, is chess club. The reason for me, to join this type of clubs, is because I am a chess player. I have started playing chess since I was eight years old, and I developed my skills in this game through the years. Joining CSUN chess club will give the chance to evolve my chess in a systematic method and to compete in tournaments. Although, I mentioned that I will work as tutor, I will still be more than happy to help my classmates and friends in their science and math classes during my free time as a friendly service. Moreover, I want to join the biochemistry club, so I can get the chance to meet people, who share the same major with me, thus we can help each other out in our core and major
classes. During my college career in CSUN, I will pass through several type of knowledge and experiences. I am sure that I will not be able to remember all of these events, but I will still be able to remember the most important and prominent ones. Example of these incidents will be my hard classes, confusing labs, tutoring experience, chess competitions, and graduation ceremony. I chose these events because I expect them to show up during my four years in CSUN, in which I know that most of my classes are hard because my major is hard and it consists of complex labs, such as organic chemistry labs and biochemistry labs. I will never forgot my graduation ceremony because it is the harvest of four years of hard working. Chess and tutoring will be my first extra-circular activities that will stick with my mind. As the time goes by, these events will be a source of motivation and inspiration for me.
