Blessings: Blessing and Power Lifting Meet
MWA #2 :My Three Important Blessings
Sometimes I struggle to realize how many blessings I really have in my life. Because when the world throws so many curve balls at me at once its hard to keep my faith. But when I stop and take time to think about it, I know I have been blessed with so much more than I deserve. My friends are blessings to me by being so supportive. Madison is a supportive friend when she tells me the truth no matter how hard it may be. For example, we were shopping at Marshall’s and I tried on a pair of pants in the size that is normal for me. But they were abnormally tight on me. That is when she spilled the beans and told me that I should watch what I am eating. Also she is just as and as outgoing as me. Last summer on a trip to Six Flags we both went “sky diving” together for the first time. Boy was that a rush! Then there is Meghan. Shes a blessing to me when I lost my dog Lilo. She came over and comforted me with a warm hug and kind words for my loss. Last but certainly not least is Lilo. Shes a special kind of friend because she was my dog. With being a dog came special gifts. For example the gift to love unconditionally. She loved me when I was in a good mood or a bad mood. Rain or shine she was there. Also she was the best listener. I talked to her with my problems with my grades in school or my parents. The best part was she did not talk back. I am blessed with having a loving family. My mom is loving towards me when she bought me a laptop at Aaron s for my college classes. As for my dad he is loving when he goes out of his way to take my truck in once a month for a regular inspection. Another example is when my cousin Tony escorted me to my Homecoming game when my dad could not be there. Also my Aunt Kathi is loving towards me when she surprised me on my thirteenth birthday and took me to Hawaii. God giving me good health is a great blessing. I am healthy by being fit. For example, I enjoy running for long periods of time at
