Use Brainstorming As Part Of Your Break Up Recovery It's hard to get over the feelings of loneliness, emptiness, depression and sadness when a breakup has occurred. Overcoming these feelings amongst others is the first step to getting your life back on track and feeling good about yourself again.

If you wanted to lose a little weight as part of one of your goals then you will need to set aside at least 4 to 5 hours of exercise a week to achieve a good result within 3 months. Whereas a goal to socialize more is not going to take up that much time in your week as you can use your evenings and weekends to enjoy a couple of hours out with friends, and even making new ones.

The whole point of brainstorming after a break up is to show you that change is possible if you follow a clear plan. Of course, getting over feelings of depression and sadness is never easy, but having a goal to work towards makes it easier and makes you more determined to get there.

It does take some time to get into a routine of doing things differently and you don't want to overwhelm yourself with all these goals at once. Take the time to work on each one separately and once you have made one goal a part of your daily routine, move onto the next in the list. This will help enormously in your break up
