Team development stages
In order for a team to function, it goes through several stages. Bruce Tuckman has made a research about stage development of teamwork. He has identified four stages of group development.

2. Storming stage
The second stage of group development is storming. This is the stage that most of the teams fail.
While in the first stage members try to avoid conflicts and be more caution in this stage conflicts start happening. Members may experience stress because of the pressure of the task and also they can get distracted and for this reason, they should try to be more focused on the task to pass this stage. On this stage members of the group may have a lot of questions about authority, rules, responsibility of members and to pass this stage they need to find the answer about these questions.
3. Norming stage
The norming stage comes after storming stage. In this stage, roles and responsibility are clear and they are accepted from the members. Group can make big descion by agreement of all because they know that working together is important and also they know that if they are united they can be stronger as a team. Teamworkers
Teamworkers are the kindest people in team, they try to creat good atmosphere they try to avoid personal problems.Teamworkers are known as a good listener and very diplomatic people.They avoid also confrontation in the team and in general, theyre gentle people.
When they’re under pressure they struggle to make a decision ,they also hesitate to make unpopular decisions .
Shapers
They are most competitive people in team they're highly motivated, they like to lead and challenge others , their only concern is to win.They like working under pressure , unlikely from teamworkers they aren’t afraid to make new decisions.They can handle conflict very easy. In attempt to get things done sometimes they can be aggressive and hurt others
