Bundu Lodge is adjent to the R40 Nelspruit in Mpumalanga Province. They offer a wide variety of rooms for their guests, from a single room up to a family room that can accommodate up to five people. They have 48 luxury rooms and 62 standard rooms. Bundu Lodge is strictly focused on families. Bundu Lodge has a variety of venues and facilities, such as wedding venue, a Boma, a restaurant, a trampoline, jumping castles on the weekends for the kids to play, animal farm where the children can see and touch the animals, an free roaming game and wild animal tour, 2 wedding chapels,

They have great qualities in the way they treat their customers which would make them a top rated facility. But even with these great compliments of good customer service policy there can be a number of things that could affect the business its self. Many complaints have been heard from customers about the food and how bad the food is and another few complaints were about the rooms which the customers have received. This could have a big impact on if the clients want to stay at Bundu or not because it is very bad quality for such a good helping hand of a team that works …show more content…
In this task recommendation will be given for task one and how they can improve their customer service policy. Bundu Lodge can think of different aspects of improving their customer service policy and in this task there will be given a few options on how to help improve their policy.They can think of improving their communication skills with their staff and even their clients. They can arrange weekly meetings with their staff about how they feel in the working environment and what they think the Lodge management can do to make the working environment a better and fun place to work at and how they can improve the facilities also. They can have a customer feedback by calling the customers after they stayed at the lodge and what the customers think about the facilities and customer service
