Using the list of "Advantages and Disadvantages of Teams" (p.32), give an example how teams have worked or not worked in your workplace.
Increased information and knowledge by pooling the experience of several individuals, in this advantage the knowledge and information that is increased amongst my work environment helps us to stay safe while we are patrolling and securing the areas we work as security officers so as we communicate we keep open lines of communication that helps us to know what to watch out far. In this advantage it does not help us, increased diversity of views bringing a variety of perspectives can improve decision but with the views of so many officers views conflict the nature of their jobs. In being a field supervisor see that so many officers think that their they own boss and may do things in their own perspective if their thoughts or views are not agreed on and their own perspective can lead to problems that puts the company in risk of losing contracts. Increased acceptance of a solution those who participate in making a decision are more likely to support it and encourage others to accept it this might help but the team leads and mangers think of solutions and we then write them in the guidelines them distributes the guidelines to employees and they may have their opinions and views then they may address them with the leaders and we discuss them opinions of the officers and if we see that their opinion fits we improvise. Higher performance levels come from effective team work and effective team work comes with time and in times the advantages of working together amongst each leads to better quality of work and communications and work ethics. Hidden agendas are never good they can bring the company down in many ways for example we had one employee that was mad at one of our supervisors and what he did since he was bitter would act like everything was find but
