Part III: Reflection.
In the Business communication class I have learned about different ways to communicate, called channels. I have learned valuable information that will help me in my career and in my school. I have learned that I can be proved wrong, at the beginning of the class I though it was irrelevant. Because I already know how to communicate effectively and never had any problems, but I was wrong and I recognize. Communication is not just delivering a bunch of words that do not make any sense, is about delivering a message to the intended receiver. Decoding the message sent will be different because every person will decode and interpret it according to his/her communication style. I learned about the audience, the purpose of the message, effective ways to deliver. Overall I like the class because the business writing is not so complicated like APA format, indentations, word count, or any of that beautiful stuff. Business writing is short, concise, and effective unlike this assignment. That is all for my business writing portfolio.
